Manual
How to read and use the cockpit — on Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Windows
The panel
One card per service. Add only what you use; every card is optional. A second Claude account gets its own card — personal and work side by side, both nameable.
- Mac: in the menu bar, one keyboard shortcut away.
- iPhone and iPad: the app fetches all nine services itself — no Mac needed. On the iPad the cards sit in columns.
- Windows: the icon in the notification area opens the overview; a main window shows system load and key figures.
One sentence at the top says where you stand: “All in the green” or “Claude is getting tight today”.
Reading a card
- Windows of time. Claude and ChatGPT/Codex have a 5-hour and a weekly window. The bar shows how full each one is.
- Time marker. A line in every bar shows how much of the window has passed. Bar past the line: you are ahead of your quota — “28 % over plan” says it in words.
- Forecast. Under every window: “At this pace full at 6:48 PM — before the reset”, or that it lasts. From your pace alone, no history needed.
- Used or left. Read every quota as used or as remaining — on cards, widgets, the menu bar and the watch. The warning colors stay honest either way.
- Daily share. “9 % left for today so the week lasts” — every weekly window splits what is left across the days to the reset.
- Where to switch. When a window hits 90 % and Codex, Claude or a second account still has room, the card says so.
- Age of a figure. When a fetch fails, the last figures stay, marked with their age. When a provider reports an incident, its card says so.
Alerts
- Thresholds. A notification when a window crosses your own threshold. Two levels, both off until you switch them on.
- Reset bell. Tap the bell next to a window, and the app tells you once it is free again — at the reset, or at once if the provider resets early.
- No surprises. A notification when a window resets off schedule or your API spend jumps.
- Renewals. Enter when Claude or ChatGPT renews, and the app tells you 1–7 days before.
- Quiet hours. Quiet hours and “pause until tomorrow” keep the app silent at night.
Always in view
- Mac menu bar: both values, only the most critical one, a ring or the time remaining — plus a key-figures bar you compose yourself.
- Widgets: on the Mac desktop, and on the iPhone Home Screen, Lock Screen and in StandBy — one service or all, used or remaining.
- Live Activity: on the iPhone, up to four bars on the Lock Screen, with a countdown to the next reset.
- Control Center: your status and “refresh now” as a control, on the Lock Screen and the Action button.
- Apple Watch: complications in four shapes; one you set up yourself — which service, which window, used or left.
- Windows: a ring in the notification area.
Claude Code and Codex
- Sessions card (Mac and Windows): your sessions in three groups — needs you, still running, idle. A session that waits for an answer stays on top; subagents hang under their session.
- Status line: your percentages and amounts in the Claude Code status line — “Claude 63 % · Codex 49 % · OpenAI $2.87”. Off by default. How →
- Where your quota went: by project, model and hour, up to a year back — numbers only, kept on your computer.
Costs
- API spend today and this month, and a monthly budget for all API costs, with warnings.
- Codex credits in credits — never guessed dollars. DeepSeek as a balance per currency.
- On the 1st, “Your AI month” says what AI cost you — plans and API, each service, the month before — as an image to share, with account names left out.
Settings and help
- Accounts: one page shows every service and its state.
- Search: a search field at the top of the settings finds every switch (Mac and Windows).
- Colors: three color schemes — Graphite, Deep Blue, Classic — and a color of your own for each card.
- Language: six languages. On the Mac and Windows under Settings › General › Language; the iPhone follows your device.
- Diagnostics: a light per provider, the last 50 requests and a “Test now”. The report is a draft: you read it and send it yourself.
- Help & FAQ: one entry in the app opens the first steps.
- Demo mode: every card filled with sample figures, without a single account.
